Representing Individuals And Small To Mid-Sized Businesses

In 1994, Mr. Stavropoulos completed his law degree, took and passed the California Bar Exam, and become a member of the California State Bar. He worked as an associate at a Pasadena law firm, where he represented businesses in commercial and real property litigation and transactional matters. In February 2000, he opened his law practice. His focus remained, as it is to this day, on representing individuals and small to mid-sized businesses.
Mr. Stavropoulos is also a mediator educated through the Los Angeles County Bar Alternative Dispute Resolution program. He is a member of the Los Angeles Superior Court Alternative Dispute Resolution mediation panel, and a provides mediation services to the Glendale branch of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
In addition to his extensive legal experience, Mr. Stavropoulos managed a commercial products business for six years. During this time, he was directly involved with the day to day operations of the business, including employee relations, account management, and ultimately the sale of the business. This experience gave Mr. Stavropoulos a unique practical, first hand business experience not realized by many legal practitioners today.
Mr. Stavropoulos is a frequent guest lecturer at Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising(FIDM), Pasadena City College, and Woodbury University. He is a contributing author to rosecitybusiness.com, a site dedicated to assisting small and medium businesses, bizeinstein.com, which provides business resources to the 50+ year old entrepreneur, and crowncitynews.com, a Pasadena local online news site. Mr. Stavropoulos is also the Treasurer for St. Anthony’s Greek Orthodox Church in Pasadena, and a member of the Alumni committee for The Chandler School in Pasadena.
Mr. Stavropoulos primarily bills on a time and effort (hourly rate) basis. He also offers affordable monthly and quarterly retainer options.
